Savannah – Terms & Conditions

A 30% deposit is required to confirm reservation 
Payment balance is due 90 days prior to departure date 
For cruises booked less than 90 days prior to departure, 100% payment is required to confirm reservation 
No refunds, either following deposit or full payment

Rates include

Six nights on board. 
All meals on board and two meals in selected restaurants 
Transfers to and from the barge from the local train station or hotel. A 125€ supplement for transfers to and from Toulouse and Montpellier.

All excursions and visits to historical sites, villages, museums (inclusive of entrance fees). Wine-tastings in twovinyards, markets, and two restaurants.

All regional wines, bar, and refreshment drinks onboard. A selection of guestspreffered drinks.

Use of on-board bicycles, library, CD/DVD collection and player. On board wifi and internet access

Excluded in this fare

Trip insurance which is strongly recommended. The wines and alcohol on shore, any personal purchases, telephone and internet access, laundry (can be arranged with on shore cleaners). 
Crew gratuities (5-10% of cruise price recommended) normally presented to the Captain in local currency at the end of the cruise.

Cancellation by Passengers: Cancellation by passengers must be made in writing. The following terms apply to passenger cancellations:

— More than 90 days prior to departure, the deposit is not refundable

— 0 to 90 days prior to departure, full payment is forfeited unless another agreement is made with the client.

Responsibility: The passengers are responsible for any breakages or damage caused by themselves during the cruise (including the loss of a bicycle) and it is then the responsibility of the client to replace or reimburse the object lost or broken. Savannah shall not be liable for any injury, damage, inconvenience or expense due to the act of default, or action by any subcontractor associated with the cruise. By booking the cruise, the passenger represents that he/she is in good general health and can participate to the cruise.
